Situated centrally, the estate is conveniently located close to Brick Lane, local markets, shops, public transport and the City of London. Tenancies at Spitalfields are managed by the Middlesex Street Estate team. Old Spitalfields Market (OSM) is the principal leaseholder of the properties and is responsible for maintaining the buildings’ exterior, including the structure, roof and windows.

- All faults can be reported Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Outside of these hours, only emergencies can be reported
What is an emergency repair?
An emergency property repair is any fault which threatens harm to persons or property. Emergency repairs must be report by phone.
