Temporary Use Notices

If you have an operator's licence from the Gambling Commission and wish to submit a temporary use notice, you can do this by submitting the below application by email to the Licensing Team.

You may only apply for activities already permitted under your operator's licence, and for no more than 21 days in any 12 month period. You may submit more than one notice in a 12 month period providing the total number of days does not exceed 21 on all notices.

You must submit this notice at least 3 months before the date the notice commences, and also submit it to the Gambling Commission, the City of London Police, and HM Revenue and Customs.
