Temporary Worker Contracts - application to First-tier Tribunal

The City of London Corporation as landlord of various residential long leaseholders has applied to the Tribunal asking the Tribunal to dispense with the usual leaseholder consultation requirements in relation to two agreements for the provision of temporary worker services on City housing estates. 

The City has made two separate applications, one application in relation to the 2017 Hays temporary worker agreement and one application in relation to the 2025 Reed temporary worker agreement.  

The Tribunal has directed that the two applications be heard together under a single case reference. 

The Tribunal has directed that the applications and the Tribunal directions and the bundle of documents for the hearing of the application be placed on the City's website.
