We proactively support every stage of the skills journey. Working collaboratively with employers, educators, training providers, and community partners, we help school leavers, early-career starters, mid-career changers and lifelong learners develop the skills they need to succeed and progress.

Our industry specialist and expert advisor strategy brings together training, events and tailored advice to support entrepreneurs and early-stage companies to grow and thrive, while our Skills and Workforce Policy team provides strategic leadership on skills and talent, driving targeted projects, evidence-led insights and policy recommendations and advocacy to strengthen the financial and professional services workforce across London and the UK.
