The Finsbury Circus Western Arm project forms part of the City of London Corporation's Cool Streets and Greening Programme. The re-landscaping improvements at the Finsbury Circus Western Arm commenced in the summer of 2024 and are now complete.

The project delivered an enhanced public space through increasing greening, including sustainable drainage and improved seating, in order to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment for workers, residents and visitors to dwell. The former carriageway was raised and resurfaced with York stone paving.

The re-landscaped Finsbury Circus Western Arm is the gateway to the enhanced Finsbury Gardens.
